Frequently Asked Questions
Admissions & Enrollment
When should I apply?
We recommend touring and submitting your application six months before your desired start date. Rolling admissions continue as space allows.
Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes—a one‑time, non‑refundable Enrollment Fee secures your child’s seat once an offer is made.
Do you maintain a wait‑list?
Popular classrooms can reach capacity. Wait‑listed families are contacted as soon as a seat opens and have 48 hours to accept.
Tuition & Financial Assistance
How is tuition billed?
Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly installments (August–May). Extended‑day or early care schedules adjust proportionally.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes—10 % off the lower tuition whenever two or more children attend simultaneously.
What financial assistance is available?
We participate in Florida’s School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) programs and offer limited in‑house scholarships. See our Financial Assistance page for details.
Programs & Daily Life
What ages do you serve?
Children 3 months through 5 years (infant community through kindergarten/VPK)
What is the class ratio?
Ratios are intentionally low:
- 0-1 year — 1:4
- 1-2 years — 1:6
- 2-3 years – 1:11
- 3-4 Primary — 115
What is a typical day like?
Each program follows a two‑hour uninterrupted work cycle, outdoor play, lunch, rest (for all groups), and community time.
Health & Safety
How do you ensure campus security?
Both campuses feature single‑entry access (no keypad codes), CCTV monitoring, and strict ID checks for all visitors.
What are your illness policies?
We follow CDC guidelines. Children must be fever‑free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning to school.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Absolutely—teachers receive allergy‑response training, and snack/lunch protocols prevent cross‑contact.
Parent Communication
How will I hear about my child’s day?
Daily highlights and photos come via our secure parent portal. Guides also send observation summaries of activities.
Are parents invited into the classroom?
Yes—families join for observation mornings, “Bring Your Parent to Work Cycle” events, school functions and community service projects.
